Sweet & Spicy Chili Glazed Ham

Sweet and Spicy Chilli Glaze ?⁠ ⁠

1/2 cup brown sugar⁠

1/4 cup honey⁠

1/2 cup water⁠

2 tbsp butter⁠

3 cloves garlic, finely minced⁠

1 chilli pepper, finely minced⁠

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar⁠

2 tbsp Dijon mustard⁠

2 tbsp Constance Estate Chili Infused Coconut Oil⁠ ⁠

Directions:⁠ ⁠

– In a small sauce pan, heat chilli oil and butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and chili⁠ pepper and saute for 2 mins.⁠ ⁠

– Then add the remaining Ingredients and simmer for 5- 6 mins. or until it coats the back of a wooden spoon.⁠ ⁠

-Brush glaze onto a baked ham 20 mins before it’s done baking
