Sweet and Spicy Chilli Glaze ?
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, finely minced
1 chilli pepper, finely minced
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp Constance Estate Chili Infused Coconut Oil
Directions:
– In a small sauce pan, heat chilli oil and butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and chili pepper and saute for 2 mins.
– Then add the remaining Ingredients and simmer for 5- 6 mins. or until it coats the back of a wooden spoon.
-Brush glaze onto a baked ham 20 mins before it’s done baking
