Double Chocolate Fudgy Brownies?⁠ ⁠


1/2 cup melted Hostess margarine⁠

1 cup granulated sugar⁠

2 large eggs⁠

2 teaspoons vanilla extract⁠

1/2 cup melted semi-sweet chocolate chips⁠

3/4 cup all-purpose flour⁠

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder⁠

1/2 teaspoon salt⁠

1 tsp instant espresso or coffee⁠

Optional: ½ cup white chocolate

melted⁠ Pink food colouring⁠ ⁠



-Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a metal heart shaped pan or an 8×8 pan with parchment paper.⁠

-Pour melted margarine into a large mixing bowl. Whisk in sugar then add in eggs, instant espresso and vanilla extract. ⁠

-Whisk in melted chocolate until combined and smooth.⁠

– Folding in flour, cocoa powder and salt into the wet ingredients until just combined.⁠

-Pour into prepared pan and bake in preheated oven for 15- 17 minutes for heart shape pans or 40 minutes for 8×8 pan. Let cool in pan for 15 minutes before removing. Decorate with white chocolate once fully cooled. ⁠ ⁠
