Monster Halloween Brownies!

🧟Trick or Treat yourself to these spooktastic Monster brownies!🧟⁠ ⁠
2 cups flour⁠
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup of white sugar⁠
¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder⁠
1 teaspoon baking powder⁠
1 teaspoon salt⁠
1 cup plant based milk⁠
1 cup CGA Coconut oil⁠
1 teaspoon vanilla extract⁠
1/2 cup black coffee⁠
2 table spoon of flax meal (egg replacement)⁠
1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips⁠ Combine all wet ingredients into a large bowl ( plant based milk, coconut oil, vanilla extract , coffee and flax meal) whisk until fully combined.⁠ ⁠
Now combine all dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl ( brown sugar/white sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Whisk all ingredients in and add wet ingredients to bowl.⁠ ⁠ Mix well but remember don’t over mix batter. Gently fold in chocolate chips. Set aside.⁠ ⁠ Time to set up you baking pan.⁠ ⁠ Take a non stick pan (square or rectangle will do) line with grease proof paper and use CGA margarine to fully coat pan. This will help the brownie from sticking to the pan.⁠ ⁠ Pour batter and smooth the top. Knock the pan slightly against a flat surface to remove any excess air.⁠ ⁠ Bake at 325 degrees for 25 mins. Check with toothpick once it comes out clean… it’s ready.⁠ ⁠ Allow to cool and cut into equal squares. Add your favorite frosting on top and use shredded coconut for that shaggy monster look. Add eyes from local craft store. Enjoy!⁠ ⁠ ⁠
