Lemon-Dill Vinaigrette

Made with our Constance Estate Lemon Infused Coconut Oil! Refreshing Lemon-Dill Vinaigrette Recipe perfect for fruit salads!

Ingredients (makes approx 2.5 oz)
1 tbsp Constance Estate Lemon Infused Coconut Oil
3 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Lemon Zest
2-3 tsp Honey
1 tbsp Finely Chopped Dill
Pinch of Salt to taste

Method
1. In a mason jar (or bowl) vigorously shake (or whisk) Lemon juice, lemon zest and honey.
2. Add Constance Estate Lemon Infused Coconut Oil and vigorously shake (or whisk) until light and aerated.
3. Add dill and salt and shake (or whisk).
Note: This recipe can be modified to include other fresh herbs (e.g. rosemary, parsley, mint).
