Ingredients
14 oz sweetened condensed milk
14 oz evaporated milk
1 1/4 cups heavy cream
2-3 tbsp Nariel Coconut Oil
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1/2-3-4 tsp ground cardamom, to taste
1/4 cup pistachios, crushed
Method:
Add the three milks, coconut oil and cardamom to a medium sauce pan over medium-low
heat. Gently whisk to combine and bring mixture to a simmer. Stirring constantly. Ensuring
the milk does not burn.
Allow to simmer for 15 minutes. Do not boil.
Remove from heat, allow to cool to room temperature. Stir in vanilla essence.
Fold in crushed pistachios, reserving a handful for garnish.
Pour mixture into molds and freeze for at-least four hours or overnight
