½ cup Marigold Margarine (melted) ¾ cup light brown sugar ¼ cup white sugar 1 large egg 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 cups all purpose flour ½ tsp salt
1 tablespoon rosemary
1 teaspoon cinnamon ½ tsp baking powder ½ cup walnuts
½ cup Cranberries
•In a large mixing bowl add the melted Marigold margarine and sugars. Mix well.
•Add in the egg, vanilla and mix until combined.
•Add the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, rosemary and salt. Mix until combined.
•Pour in the walnuts, cranberries and combine.
•Using a spoon, drop on the baking sheet (leaving 2 inches between cookies).
•Preheat the oven to 375F. Chill the cookie dough for 15-20 minutes.
•Bake the cookies for about 16-18 minutes. The outside will be golden brown.
•Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for at least 5 minutes, then remove to a wire rack to continue cooling.
