Garlic Herb Meat Foil Pack 🧄⁠
Yield: 4 packs 4 persons ⁠

Ingredients ⁠
.2-2.5 lbs of steak or any meat of your liking ⁠
.Constance Estate Garlic Infused Coconut Oil ⁠
.2 tbsp. of rosemary ⁠
.1 tbsp. fresh fine thyme ⁠
.1 tbsp minced garlic, halved ⁠
.Grounds seasonings: cracked black pepper, sea slat, chili, onion powder, oregano to taste⁠
.1 lb of creamer potatoes ⁠
.Veggies of your choice: chopped sweet-corn, rough chopped red onions and bell peppers ⁠

Method:⁠
In two separate bowls, season meat, potatoes and veggies of your choice with Constance Estate Garlic Infused Coconut Oil, ground seasonings, garlic and herbs 🧂⁠

(optional) pan sear meat until slightly golden brown on either side⁠

Divide meat and potato-veggie mix equally between 4 sheets of foil, then wrap the foil tightly around to form a foil pocket. Grill over high heat for about 20 minutes on each side or until meat and potato-veggies are cooked through 🥘⁠

NOTE: cooking time may vey for each item, it is recommended to prepare any veggies or meat, as needed before final grilling. Cut meat into 2 inch chunks for faster cooking time⁠

Garnish with fresh thyme or rosemary and serve! ⁠
