Sweet and Spicy Burgers

Whether you’re looking for the best menu for Father’s Day or craving an awesome home made burger, heres the recipe for our Sweet and Spicy Burger made with amazing Chili Infused Coconut Oil and French Maid Flavored Vegan Butter!

⁠ Sweet and Spicy Hamburgers ❤️⁠ ⁠

1 lb minced beef (or meat of choice)⁠

2 tbsps fresh green seasoning⁠

1 chili pepper, finely minced⁠

1 tsp onion powder⁠

1 tsp garlic powder⁠

2 tsp Worcestershire sauce⁠

1 tbsp melted French Maid⁠

1/2 tsp Salt ⁠

1/2 tsp Black pepper ⁠

1 egg⁠

1/4 cup bread crumbs⁠ ⁠

Burger Sauce⁠

1/4 cup Mayo⁠

1 tbsp Dijon Mustard⁠

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce⁠

2 tsps Constance Estate Chili infused coconut oil⁠

1 tsp vinegar⁠

2 tbsps Ketchup⁠

1 tbsp brown sugar⁠

1/4 tsp Salt ⁠

1/4 tsp Black pepper⁠

1/4 tsp cayenne powder⁠

1/2 tsp red chili Flakes⁠ ⁠

Directions⁠

In a medium size bowl combine all ingredients for burger patties and mix well to combine. Divide mixture and shape into four equal patties.⁠ Heat a cast iron pan on medium heat and cook burger patties on each side for 4 mins. Remove from pan and allow to rest for 5 mins.⁠ To make the burger sauce simply combine all ingredients listed into a bowl and whisk thoroughly to combine.⁠ Prepare burgers by toasting your burger buns. Now assemble burger using toppings of your choice. Here we used toasted buns, the burger sauce, kale, pepper jack cheese, tomatoes and red onions. Great options as well are bacon and pineapple.
