Garlic Shrimp Alfredo⁠

1 package of fettuccine⁠

1 lb peeled and seasoned shrimp⁠

1.5 cup whole milk⁠

1/4 cup cream cheese (optional)⁠

2 tbsp butter⁠

2 tbsp Constance estate garlic infused coconut oil⁠

2 tbsp flour⁠

1/4 grated Parmesan⁠

6 garlic cloves, finely minced⁠

1/4 a small onion, finely minced⁠

2 pimento peppers, finely minced⁠

2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped⁠

2 tbsp green seasoning⁠

1 tsp paprika⁠

1 tsp garlic powder⁠

1 tsp lemon juice⁠

1.5 tsp red pepper flakes⁠

Salt and pepper to taste⁠ ⁠ ⁠

 

– Prepare pasta according to package. Then season shrimp with green seasoning, salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika.⁠

– In a frying pan add 1 tsp of garlic oil and cook shrimp on each side for 2 mins. Remove shrimp from pan and set aside.⁠

– In another pan heat butter and oil. Sauté onion, garlic, red pepper flakes and pimento. Then add flour and cook for 2 mins. Gradually add warmed milk, whisking constantly until a smooth sauce is formed. ⁠

– To the sauce add parmesan and cream cheese and adjust salt and pepper. ⁠ – Add cooked pasta and shrimp to sauce and toss to coat. Finish it off with fresh parsley.⁠
