Sweet and Spicy Chilli Glaze šā ā
1/2 cup brown sugarā
1/4 cup honeyā
1/2 cup waterā
2 tbsp butterā
3 cloves garlic, finely mincedā
1 chilli pepper, finely mincedā
1 tbsp apple cider vinegarā
2 tbsp Dijon mustardā
2 tbsp Constance Estate Chili Infused Coconut Oilā ā
Directions:ā ā
– In a small sauce pan, heat chilli oil and butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and chiliā pepper and saute for 2 mins.ā ā
– Then add the remaining Ingredients and simmer for 5- 6 mins. or until it coats the back of a wooden spoon.ā ā
-Brush glaze onto a baked ham 20 mins before it’s done baking
